Return & Refund Policy

At Chloe Botanika Naturopathy, we want you to be confident with your purchase and experience.

1. Digital Products

All digital products (ebooks, guides, downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Consultations & Services

  • Consultations and naturopathic services must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.

  • If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Physical Products

If you purchase any physical products (where applicable):

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged or faulty. Contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt.

5. How to Request a Return

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
