how does it work?
Step 1 ~ Complete your Meal Planning Assessment ~ this is an in depth assessment that has been designed to help you get clear on your current nutrition habits and health goals so that your plan can be personalised and curated to your preferences and health goals. This will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and confirmed.

Step 2 ~ Allow 48 hours for your assessment to be reviewed and your meal plan to be curated and receive your personalised meal plan uploaded to your client portal as well as a downloadable PDF emailed to you.
​
Step 3 ~ Your meal plan will include a shopping list and recommended meal plan structure, however you are welcome to be flexible with what days you eat certain meals, swap lunches/dinners etc.​

Meal Planner Template, Weekly Shopping list and at the end of the 4 weeks you will receive a curation of 12-15 recipes that were included in your meal plan for you to be able to keep making on repeat and mixing up over the weeks.

Additional support and ongoing accountability, with bi-weekly check ins.

After the 4 weeks you will have a good understanding of how to eat for your body and health goals and have 12 go-to recipes that you can build on and enjoy.
